Karatry is the ERP for jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers and designers. This page says how to reach us and answers the questions we hear most.
Email hello [at] karatry [dot] com. A person reads every message. To help us answer quickly, include your workspace's name, what you were trying to do, what you saw (a screenshot helps) and roughly when it happened.
Never send a password or a card number by email. We will never ask you for either.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to set a new one. An admin of your workspace invites teammates and manages their access on the Team & Users page.
An admin of a workspace can connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT to Karatry. The app can look up that workspace's records and suggest new ones. Nothing changes until an admin approves it inside Karatry, and an app never moves money or stock. See what Karatry's AI is allowed to do.
Connecting. Only an admin with a verified email can connect an app. The app sends you to Karatry to sign in, and you click Allow. For Claude, step-by-step instructions are on Karatry for Claude.
Pausing or disconnecting. An admin can pause every connected app at once by switching the AI helper off in Settings → Connected apps, or disconnect one app for good there. You can also remove Karatry in the app's own settings.

The business data you put into Karatry belongs to you. You can export your customers, inventory, styles, sales orders and invoices to CSV at any time, and ask us to delete your data when you close your account. See our Privacy Policy and Security page.
